Description - Description: The objective of this contract is to provide Transport Canada (TC) with weekly air cargo freight rates for Canadian trade lanes. The Contractor must provide TC with the right to generate analysis and create reports using the data. Additi onally, TC must retain the right to store and use this data in databases and reports in perpetuity.The service provided by the Contractor will support Canada-wide multimodal system performance monitoring which is part of Transport Canada’s Transportation & Economic Analysis'(TEA) mandate.
