Description - Description: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires services to operate an air transportation service from the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTC) at the Atlantic City International Airport FAA Ramp (ACY) to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) general aviation ramp. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 481111 entitled, “Scheduled Passenger Air Transportation.” The size standard shall not exceed 1500 employees.
