Description - Description: Lenoir Community College is implementing an Airframe & Powerplant Instructional Program. In order to teach this curriculum, we must adhere to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards. In order to meet FAA requirements, we must pur chase, maintain, and operate equipment that is specially designed to train students on the various systems onboard Civilian and Military Aircraft. This includes Jet Piston Engine Trainers, Hydraulic Power System Trainers, Electrical Trainers, and more.
