Description - Description: The ASC project team has identified the preferred location and layout of the facility, established the functional brief via extensive stakeholder engagement and delivered concept and schematic design stages of the project. The architects and their subconsultants have provided architectural and engineering services design documentation to 50% design level, and these documents will be made available to tenderers. The new facility will be constructed as an extension to the existing Recovery Centre (Building 32), providing connection of the two facilities via a new entry and foyer extension.The ASC is seeking to engage a Managing Contractor to deliver design and construction service
