Description - Description: United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)-AK has a requirement to assist and execute full-scale multi-agency Chemical/Biological/Radiological Weapons of Mass Destruction Field Training Exercises in FY 2025, FY 2026, FY 2027, FY 20 28, FY 2029, and FY 2030 for the 103rd WMD-CST (AK): The ORCA exercise will create a large-scale simulated terrorist event. These exercises will create an environment to facilitate the accurate assessment of the twelve National Guard Mission Essential Tasks outlined in the DTMS Combined Armed Training Strategy (CATS) T&EO Report Civil Support Team Mission Essential Tasks dated 15 June 2022.
