(“8760”), the Alberta Seniors & Community Housing Association (“ASCHA”) are conducting an aggregated tender for its members’ Electricity and Natural Gas futur e requirements. ASCHA and 8760 have been formally awarded contracts to manage the electricity and natural gas procurement process on behalf of the participating members of ASCHA (hereafter known as the “Clients”).
