Description - Description: The 35th Contracting Squadron, Misawa AB, Japan intends to issue a sole-source procurement action to Element Industrial Storage Limited to provide an all access cargo rack system to the base’s Logistic Squadron. The proposed contract i s for items for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). Additionally, Element Industrial Storage Limited will have already been mobilized to Misawa AB and performing a separate and different requirement for one of their squadrons.
