Description - Description: The "Siemens Railway Alliance" measure is being implemented as a rail partnership model. The alliance partners are selected in 5 staggered award procedures in the following award packages: > Award package 1 planning, > Award package 2 KI BNew construction (this is the case here), > Award package 3 KIB repair, > Award package 4Rectifier substations, > Award package 5 Traffic facilities. Award package 2 "KIB new construction" includes the construction of all engineering structures that require new construction. In addition to railway overpasses, this also includes noise barriers and retaining structures. Award package 2 also includes earthworks and civil engineering in sections 1.1
