Description - Description: The scope of this contract is to provide cleaning services at the New Consulate Compound (NCC) in Erbil, Iraq. The requirement is to keep the facilities clean, sanitary, and cosmetically well-maintained. The services include cleaning bot h the interiors and exteriors of buildings, as well as exterior hard surfaces. This covers all assigned areas, including hallways, offices, restrooms, workspaces, entrances, lobbies, storage rooms, elevators, stairways, parking areas, patios, sidewalks, and courtyards. To fulfill the requirements of this contract, the Contractor is expected to supply all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to execute the required task
