Description - Description: Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive for QTY 7;3500 LBS of Ammonium Perchlorate. This requirement is sole sourced to American Pacific, 10622 West 6400 N orth, Cedar City, UT 84721 as they are the only vendor able to produce our material that is currently being used any changes would require requalification. American Pacific is the only manufacturer in the U.S. that meets our requirements.
