Description - The service must aim to analyze existing and potential circular value chains with a view to identifying patterns in interactions within and between value chains as well as mapping material flows and cooperation between all relevant actors. The contra ctor is expected to describe and categorize these interactions and instances for collaboration and provide insight into opportunities and challenges as well as conditions for success. The role of trust between different actors, the importance of a sufficient level of knowledge and data sharing, the role of digital technologies and the importance of incentives at regional, national, European and/or global level are key topics to be addressed.
