Description - The purpose of this framework agreement for purchase orders is to carry out an annual evaluation of community composting programs. This is a single-award framework agreement for purchase orders at unit prices, the thresholds of which are as follows. : minimum threshold established at 20,000 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum threshold established at 80,000 euro(s) for the 1st contractual period (two years).
