NISM/ISD/26/2023) Shortlisting of Contractors for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) relating to Electrical Maintenance Work in NISM premises Applications are invited from the eligible contractors for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) relating to Electrical Maintenance Work in NISM Campus situated at Plot Nos. IS-1 & IS-2 and IS-4, Patalganga Industrial Area, Mohopada, Rasayani, Dist. Raigad, Near Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410 222 and NISM Bhavan, Plot no. 82, Sector 17, Vashi, Maharashtra 400 703. The estimated cost of work is Rs.40,77,348/- (Forty Lakh Seventy-Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Forty-Eight) for a period of 1 year. NISM is a public trust, established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator for securities markets in India. NISM seeks to add to market quality through educational initiatives. It is an autonomous body governed by its Board of Governors. Currently, NISM has been operating from its campus situated at Plot Nos. IS-1 & IS-2 Patalganga Industrial Area, Mohopada, Rasayani, Dist. Raigad, Near Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410 222. The premises are having a built-up area of 7.00 lakh sq. ft. on plot of lands admeasuring about 70 acres. In addition, NISM has a branch office in Vashi. Eligibility Criteria The contractor fulfilling following criteria may apply: 1. The contractor should have satisfactorily completed at least any of the following work(s) during the last 7 years as on October 31, 2023: a. One similar work* costing not less than Rs. 32,61,878/-. OR b. Two similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 20,38,674/-. OR c. Three similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 16,30,939/-. The period of 7 years for the purpose of having completed similar work(s) shall be from 01.11.2016 to 31.10.2023. 2. The annual average turnover of the contractor should not be less than Rs.36,69,613/- during the last 3 years ending March 31, 2023. 3. The contractor should have GST registration. 4. The contractor should have its office in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai/ Thane/ Raigad/ Pune. 5. Should be registered with the office of provident fund (PF). 6. Should be registered with Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) office. 7. Should be registered with Professional Tax office. 8. Should possess electrical contractor’s license issued by the electrical inspectorate. * Similar completed electrical maintenance work(s) mean electrical maintenance work(s) carried out for Institutional / Educational / Commercial / Office / Residential premises. The contractor will enclose necessary certificates / documents in support of the requirements mentioned at 1. to 8. above. For the purpose, “Cost of work” shall mean gross value of completed work. Process for submission of application form The interested contractor may submit its application form in online mode. The duly filled in application form as per the prescribed format alongwith necessary enclosures will be uploaded on https://www.tenderwizard.com/NISM. The last date of submission of applications is November 28, 2023. The interested contractor must register itself on https://www.tenderwizard.com/NISM by paying registration fee for an amount of Rs. 2,000/- (Exclusive of GST) in order to participate in the process. However, applying for shortlisting is free of cost. Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is must to participate in the process.
