Description - Description: The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation (GTARC) of Atlanta, Georgia for the development of Combat System Electronic Warfare capabilities for Advanc ed Processing Builds (APB). The resulting contract is awarded via full and open competition (See FAR 35.016).
