Description - Description: The Republic of Cameroon has received funding from the African Development Bank, hereinafter referred to as the Bank, to finance the Project to Develop Access Roads to the Industrial and Port Area of Kribi (PARZIK) and intends to use par t of this loan to make payments under the contracts for the reconstruction of National Road No. 7: Edéa-Kribi section. These contracts will be co-financed by the Republic of Cameroon and BDEAC. The procurement process will be governed by the African Development Bank’s Procurement Framework. For these Contracts, the Borrower shall make payments using the Direct Payment method of disbursement, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursements Guidelines
