Description - Description: The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has obtained from the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) a loan and grants to finance the Project to Support the Alternative Well-being of Children and Youth Involved in the Cobalt Supply Chain ( PABEA-COBALT). In accordance with the Loan and Grant Agreements signed between the AfDB Group and the Congolese Government on June 13, 2019, the Project is implemented by a Project Coordination Unit (PCU) housed at the National Fund for Promotion and Social Service (FNPSS) within the Ministry of Social Affairs, Humanitarian Actions and National Solidarity.
