Description - the purpose of this consultation is to entrust the operation of the drinking water distribution service on behalf of the agglomeration of the Pays de Dreux. The services give rise to the conclusion of a "composite" contract partly concluded under the form of an ordinary contract at a global and fixed price, partly concluded in the form of an ordinary contract at unit prices and partly concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum amount annual order of: - lot no. 1: 450,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax; - lot no. 2: 700,000.00 euro(s) (excl. tax).
