Description - The subject of the framework agreement is the apartment renovation work to be performed for Niiralan Kulma Oy. The content of the procurement object and the requirements set for it are described in the tender request with attachments and in the Contr actor's offer with attachments. The contract is based on the tender organized by the customer and the procurement decision made based on it. The customer does not have a quantity purchase obligation. Purchase volumes that may be presented in other documents are only estimates and are not binding on the Customer. The framework agreement does not give the Contractor the exclusive right to produce works covered by the agreement for the Client.
