Description - Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is solicitating this Request for Proposal (RFP) with the objective of selecting a qualified firm for the renovation of stairways in three apartment complexes situated on our Sweetwater campus. The selected firm wi ll be responsible for a comprehensive renovation, including but not limited to the replacement and repair of stairways, stair rails, brick walls, and ceilings, in full compliance with the provided engineered construction drawings.Mandatory Pre-Bid: Located at the WASP Apartments at 300 Homer K.
