Description - Description: This consultation concerns the application migration of the USERCUBE identity management tool in On-Premise mode, maintenance, assistance and associated services. The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is concluded in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
