Description - Description: The Council's intention is to apply to the National Lottery Heritage Fund for a project to the approximate value of up to £10 million. The Council submitted an Expression of Interest in July 2024 which was favourably received by the Nat ional Lottery and have now recommended that Norwich City Council make a formal application for the Development Stage, to be submitted by August 2025. This ITT is for the appointment of a multi-disciplinary consultancy (Landscape architect / architect / cost consultant) to provide the information and carry out the required works to enable the application to be made.
