Description - In January 2023, Malvern Hills District Council was awarded £19,941,040 of Levelling Up Funding (LUF) for extensions to and improvement of Malvern Theatres, including all professional fees, which is to be delivered in 2 phases.The first phase of the development which is due to be completed in Summer 2023 will see a dedicated creative learning space built at the front of the Theatre. Malvern Hills District Council is looking for suitably qualified Architectural Services for phase 2 of the development. The second phase will deliver the following:1. A 3,190 m2 extension involving the demolition of the existing changing rooms to accommodate the following interactive spaces:a. new studio theatre
