Description - Description: The Archer Academy is a close-knit community secondary school set across two sites in the London Borough of Barnet. The Lower School caters for years 7-9 and Upper School years 10-11. It has 812 students aged between 11 and 16 years of a ge and is supported by a team of 99 teaching and support staff. There is a mix of Nest and LGPS pension schemes within the catering team. There is one busy main restaurant with a modern, well-equipped kitchen at each site.
