Description - CONTRACT INFORMATION: Architect-Engineer (A&E) services are required for award of one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) to support the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC. The contract will be for one (1) base year and have options to extend for four (4) one-year option periods if the museum chooses to do so. The total five year (base and four one-year options) estimated cost for all contracts is approximately $2,500,000.00. The minimum order guarantee shall be $25,000.00.
