It aims to enhance the image of the city and the metropolitan area by proposing an architectural and landsc aping gesture evoking nature in the city through an architectural and artistic treatment. The aim is to create an emblematic development on a territorial scale with a high-quality visual rendering and plant-based aesthetics. The scope of the studies includes the Boildieu Bridge and its two monumental stone staircases as well as the right bank crossroads of the Quai de la Bourse up to Rue Grand Pont.
