Description - Description: Provision of archiving and conservation services for documents from the Digital Health Agency (ANS). The public contract is awarded in the form of a single-awarder framework agreement within the meaning of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162 -1 and R. 2162-2 § 2 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement, possible renewals included, under the conditions of article 4 of the CCAP, is 500,000 euros excluding tax. The framework agreement has a firm duration of one (1) year from its notification date.
