Description - Description: Preliminary announcement of a European Non-Public tender: Gnephoek Area Development. The Contracting Authority intends to publish the Selection Guidelines on May 21, 2024. Summary of the assignment: De Gnephoek is located on the northwes t edge of Alphen aan den Rijn and is an integrated area development that includes: • The realization of 60 hectares of nature reserve; • An urban development for 5,500 homes; • A closed water system across the nature reserve and urban development; • The construction of a bicycle bridge over the Oude Rijn and an aqueduct under the Heimanswetering; • Improvement of water safety through dike reinforcement; • A sustainable mobility system
