Description - Description: Rælingen Municipality, through the local development unit (hereinafter referred to as the client), shall contract a supplier to prepare an area regulation plan for Løvenstad. The supplier shall be responsible for all studies included i n the assignment, and participate in participation and meetings leading up to the initial processing of plan proposals and assessments after public consultation. The assignment is anchored in the planning program for the area regulation plan Løvenstad, established by the planning committee on 06.09.2023. The assignment is planned to be completed in the period between April 2025 and January 2026. The estimated value for the assignment is 2-3 MNOK
