Description - Description: Fredrikstad municipality is to establish a new ice rink in the city and on this occasion invites a limited tender competition in connection with the procurement of joint ventures. Contract award will be made according to the procedure: c ompetition with negotiation after prior announcement. The competition begins with a qualification phase. Only those tenderers who meet the qualification requirements and are selected according to the selection criteria will be invited to submit tenders.
