Description - Asbestos Abatement - O'Neill High School Synopsis: RCS requires the proponent to cover the removal and clean-up of all Asbestos Containing Materials within the Boiler Room and Fan room of O’Neill Catholic High School. This work must be completed pr ior to June 1st to allow for the Boiler Replacement Project to begin.
