Description - Description: The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced & reputable Contractor to undertake Surface Upgrades for Asphalt Paths, Car Parks and Heavy Patching works around the estate. The Surface upgrades are based on condition assessments of all Asphalt surfaces across the NCA estate. A package of works has been drafted and is detailed in the Tender.
