Description - Description: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) has a requirement for the manufacture and delivery of Directional Couplers for Airport Surveillance Radar Model 9 (ASR-9). Directional Couplers, NSN: 598 5-01-297-1710, Mfg P/N: 1D19766H01. Directional Couplers, NSN: 5985-01-297-1711, Mfg P/N: 1D19766H02. The 1D19766H01and 1D19766H02 models are the only approved couplers to be used in the ASR-9. The FAA does not have rights in specifications or drawings to provide to vendors.
