Description - Description: BCP Council undertakes a rolling revaluation programme of General Fund and Housing Revenue Account assets, with Investment, Surplus, Charitable Assets and HRA properties (including Beacons) re-valued annually. Assets valued in any given year represent a cross section of the Council’s portfolio.
