Description - For more than 10 years, the Municipality of Thiais has had a suitable system for preventing delinquency and combating insecurity. It has set up a C.L.S.P.D. and signed in June 2022 a territorial security and delinquency prevention strategy. This syst em is run through: -Three thematic working groups; -A group dedicated to monitoring individual situations framed by a charter of ethics. The City has also set up a council of rights and duties of families. It is in this context that the municipality intends to associate the services of an external service provider in order to: - ensure the animation and monitoring of these measures alongside municipal teams; - prepare the new territorial security
