Description - Description: The CEA wishes to develop a charter of architectural recommendations which will define a range of standards applicable to work relating to the facade of a tertiary building. Indeed, the CEA is currently launching an ambitious project to renovate the tertiary buildings of the Le Ripault center. The CEA has also embarked on a process of reducing its impact on the environment which will result in the implementation of external thermal insulation on a large majority of tertiary buildings.
