Description - This contract concerns the services of a real-time telecommunications and IT consultant. This consultant will have to make his expertise available to the Directorate General Air Transport (DGTA) and help in the evaluation of communication systems tha t will be put in place by actors in Unmanned aircraft system Traffic Management, i.e. drone air traffic management (designated subsequently UTM). These systems must be evaluated and approved by the DGTA to ensure the safety of drone flights.
