Description - Description: The market object of the consultation aims to support the communities (small municipalities) located mainly in departments 10 and 52, as well as in departments 88, 67 and 68, which cannot benefit from support by a competent technical str ucture and which do not have internal engineering so that they can integrate the environmental qualities expected by the Grand Est region.
