Description - Description: The purpose of the contract is to carry out a project management assistance mission for monitoring and controlling the P2P3 PFI operating contract for thermal installations in local public education establishments (EPLE) and departmental buildings. The Department of Vaucluse launched a P2P3 PFI operating contract in November 2023 for all of its sites. This operating contract is divided into 4 lots.
