Description - The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance to the project owner for the conduct of the strategic environmental assessment (SEA), as defined by the environmental code, of the seafront strategies (SFM) of each maritime facades: East Channel- North Sea, North Atlantic-West Channel, South Atlantic and Mediterranean. The SFMs constitute the strategic component, bringing together parts 1° (existing situation) and 2° (definition of strategic objectives) of the facade strategic documents (DSF) as defined in article R219-1-7 of the environmental code.
