Description - Description: The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The Collectivité de Corse, in conjunction with the Corsican Tourism Agency (ATC), wishes to conclude service conce ssion contracts by which airlines would operate, at their own risk, an air transport service.
