Description - Description: This is a sources sought for a master BPA Vertical Wind Tunnel (VWT) instructor training and facility rental within a 30 mile radius of Fort Liberty, NC. Use of the VWT allows test parachutists to training on procedures in a controlled e nvironment prior to using those procedures in actual skydiving. Wind tunnel training is critical to the USAOTC Airborne and Special Operations Directorate (ABNSOTD) test parachutist program and is one of the safest ways to train Military Free Fall (MFF) jumpers.
