Description - Description: The proposed works of the Athenry Northern Relief Road – Western Section, which comprises approximately 940m of 10.5m wide carriageway, a roundabout, paths, cycleway, surface water drainage, ponds, street lighting, traffic calming isla nds, hedging, signage, line marking, accomodation works and all associated works. The proposed works take place on a green field site, while connecting to the existing road network at Ballygarraun South, at the existing roundabout (at Presentation College Athenry) and at the junction of the L3103 and Athenry Northern Relief Road – Centre Section at Ballygarraun South. The L3103, will terminate at this location on completion of the Athenry North
