Description - Description: This contract is an open call for tenders made, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 of the public procurement code. The contract is a framework agreement pursuant to articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2 162-6 of the Public Procurement Code including a minimum and a maximum.
