Description - Description: The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the audit and verification of various GHG balances of the NRW state administration (financial years 2023 and 2025) and the universities (financial years 2019 - 2023 and 2025) in the years 2025 to 2028 inclusive for conformity with the requirements of ISO 14064-1. Certification according to ISO 14064 must be carried out as a reasonable audit including the issuance of a certificate and a verification report.
