Description - Description: This contract relates to the recruitment of an international expert in digital finance whose mission is essentially to support the Chadian Government, MFIs and other stakeholders in the ecosystem to create favorable conditions for the de velopment of quality digital financial services in Chad. This will include (i) supporting the development of a favorable legal and regulatory framework, (ii) strengthening the capacities of MFIs, start-ups and other financial institutions to design, deploy and operate innovative digital financial services, (iii) supporting the improvement of the level of financial education of the populations at the grassroots level and (iv) facilitating dialogue
