Description - Description: The client (AG) intends to award its hybrid mail. "Hybrid mail" refers to outgoing mail that is processed partly digitally and partly on paper. The letters are provided by the client as a digital document in PDF, retrieved by the contrac tor (AN), printed, enveloped and, if necessary, franked, prepared for mailing and delivered to the recipient by the letter carrier (with and without formal delivery). Printing and enveloping must be carried out in a closed process so that natural persons cannot read the contents.
