DETAILS OF THE WORK
Erection of the RCC Column with footing size 12" x12" x 60":
Brick work in the front area of the Porta Cabin
Making of the platform on the left & back side of the porta cabin
including brick work, filling with earth, PCC and tiling work
Supply and installation of 10 inch size inter locking tiles in front
and right side of the porta cabin
Making of 3 service Counter with 8mm Glass and Aluminum
partition & Jali :
Covering of the drainage at left hand side of the Main Gate with
precasted RCC slab including brick work :
Dismatntling of boundary wall adjacent to the the maingate and
make opening of 4ft. width and Supply and installation of a
14mm gauge MS Gate size 7' x 3' in the opening with the necessary
pillar.
Supply & installation of Counter Slab with MDF Board 19mm
Supply and installation of pedestrian drawer 2.5 >x 1.5' size
at Annexure - I.

The Sealed quotation superscribed as "Civil & MS WOrk at the campus of the NIOS at A-24-25,
Sector-62, NOIDA, U.P-201309,"_should be addressed to the Secretary, NIOS, A-24/25, Setor-62,
NOIDA 201309 (U.P.) and submitted in the sealed tender box kept at the Room No: 204, A-24-25,
Sector-62, NOIDA on or before 02/06/2023 at 2.30 pm. The tenders shall be opened on the same day at
3.00pm by the duly constituted Committe at the NIOS, HQ at A-24-25, Sector-62, NOIDA, (U.P.) in the
presence of the interested parties. Interested parties are requested to visit the site and find out the work
required to be carried out and quote their competitive lowest rates in the prescribed proforma appended
