Description - The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive firm fixed price contract to the University of Oklahoma for the deployment of a portable dual-polarization weather Doppler radar unit in South Texas to continuously collect data on flying animals and targets in the atmosphere. The radars are capable of at least 90 consecutive days of deployment. The data from the deployments will be delivered to the USGS in Level II NEXRAD format after each campaign. The Contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools and materials to deploy the equipment, perform the data interpretation and delivery to the USGS in the proper format.
