Description - Description: The purchase object is divided into two parts: the 1st part of the purchase object is a helmet with ballistic shields, a preliminary comparative quantity that will be used only in the evaluation of offers - 40 units. The maximum amount o f funds allocated for the purchase is EUR 111,400.00 excluding VAT. Goods will be purchased for a minimum of EUR 100,000.00 excluding VAT, and a maximum of EUR 114,000.00 excluding VAT. The value of the initial contract will be equal to the maximum amount of funds allocated for the purchase without VAT in the purchase documents and for the purchase of the goods specified in the contract at the prices specified in the supplier's offer without VAT.
