Undertake a survey to establish the baseline of Knowledge, Attitude and Practices to (i) Identify the drivers of social norms and behaviors linked to VAC in schools and communities in 3 ecological areas; (ii) identify interventions to address them, (iii) assess capacity and willingness of care-givers, teachers and community leadersto adopt positive behaviors and (iv) undertake an analysis from a Social and Behavioral Change perspective to determine ease of adopting positive behaviors in line with existing practices and values.b.
